We are working with a boutique Property and Asset Management firm, who are looking to recruit a Head of Property Management Accounts to oversee their team based in Central London.

This is an exciting and integral hire where this individual will lead their finance function in a hands-on leadership role, working directly with the CEO but also having line management responsibility for the existing team, ensure the finance function is running in a structured and efficient manner.

\n
Day-to-day you will lead the Property Management Accounts team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, strong financial control and governance, clear operational structure and accountability and effective collaboration with the Property Management and Facilities Management teams. The role will also retain direct responsibility for a portfolio of properties, contributing to day-to-day delivery and leading from the front.

Head of Property Management Accounts requirements:

- \n
- Qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA preferred)
- Strong property management accounting experience in the Commercial Property Sector
- Experience managing a team (two or more points of responsibility)
- Systems experience (Qube/MRI preferred)
- Excellent IT skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Office 365)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a close-knit team.

Office is based in Central London.

Salary £75,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus benefits, office perks and discretionary bonus.
