Yardi Analyst (Hybrid)

Our Investment Management / Real Estate client is looking for a Yardi Analyst to provide support to users both internally and externally in addition to getting involved in upgrades and implementations.

• Provides 3rd line support to European business users for the Yardi Voyager platforms using in-house Service Desk ticket system in line with OLA and SLA.
• Prioritises and analyses Yardi Voyager issues/incidents raised by 1st line support teams.

Ideally you will have some accounting experience and a passion for working with property management systems.
