We're currently supporting a leading professional services firm with the appointment of a Tax Transformation & Technology Manager. This is a strong opportunity for someone with experience across tax technology, finance systems, process improvement, data analytics, automation, or tax function transformation. The role would suit someone operating at Manager level or strong Assistant Manager level ready to step up, who enjoys solving complex client problems and helping tax functions operate in a more efficient, controlled and technology-enabled way.
Responsibilities
- Supporting business development activity across a growing tax technology pipeline.
- Working with clients to identify the right technology solutions for their tax function.
- Redesigning tax processes and operating model.
- Supporting technology implementation and governance.
- Managing tax technology projects from scoping through to delivery.
- Coordinating delivery specialists across data, systems, automation and process improvement.
- Working with Financial Services businesses and large corporate clients.
Qualifications
- Experience implementing tax and/or finance technology.
- Strong process design and requirements gathering experience.
- Project management and project governance capability.
- Exposure to Financial Services and/or large corporate environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with data analytics, RPA, automation or data visualisation tools.
