SQL Developer ( Real Estate / ERP )

We are currently working with a prestigious global client who are looking for a SQL Developer with strong experience of SQL data cubes who will be responsible for performing data validation, testing and ETL upload of legacy lease data into our ERP applications.

Drive the specification and development of an interface between the company’s ERP system and other systems.

It would highly beneficial to have experience working within the real estate sector and have exposure to property management systems (Yardi / MRI / Tramps).

• Proven ability in documenting, designing, coding, testing, and delivering high quality reports to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• The ability to write in T-SQL to a high standard.
• Design and develop complex SQL views.
