We’re supporting a major public sector property organisation as they continue to modernise their estate and transform how workspace is used across the UK. As part of this programme, we’re hiring a Workplace Utilisation & Implementation Specialist to help deliver a large-scale utilisation sensor rollout and ensure the business gains maximum value from the data.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of implementation, coordination, data integrity, space utilisation analysis and stakeholder engagement, and who wants to help shape smarter, more efficient workplaces.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the end-to-end delivery of a national utilisation sensor programme
- Coordinate sensor installation and configuration, ensuring alignment with floorplans and installation schedules
- Update and maintain CAD plans, master data, and room/property information
- Ensure data quality by validating sensor counts, tenancy schedules and property records
- Act as a key point of contact across Workplace Strategy, IT, Facilities, Vendors and Project Teams, ensuring smooth communication
- Monitor live utilisation data and generate reports that help optimise space efficiency
- Provide dashboards and insight to help internal teams make evidence-based workplace decisions
- Support continuous improvement of processes, documentation and working standards
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in space utilisation, workplace operations, FM technology, IoT implementation or property data
- Confident working with CAD (essential)
- Strong project coordination skills - able to manage schedules, updates and stakeholders
- Comfortable working with data, accuracy checks and dashboards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage suppliers and internal teams
- Highly organised, solution-focused and able to work across multiple projects
- Candidates from workplace planning, FM, property management, IoT/sensor rollouts, estates, data integrity or CAD-based roles will be particularly well-suited.
