We are partnering with a leading property organisation to appoint a Senior Property & Service Charge Accountant. This is a pivotal, high-responsibility role overseeing the full rental income and service charge accounting function across a complex mixed-use portfolio.

The Role
You will take full ownership for the rental income, service charge, treasury and property accounting function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and first-class service delivery to tenants, senior leadership and asset owners.
This is a hands-on, leadership-level position where you will:
- Oversee rent billing, receipting and reconciliations
- Produce and review completion statements
- Manage insurance and utilities recharges
