Our leading software solutions business within the real estate sector is looking for a Technical Finance Implementation Specialist who comes from a finance/accounting background and has moved into a technical role supporting customers and acting as an account manager. The specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for a wide range of software solutions, in addition to working with the client on upgrades and implementations designed to meet the unique needs of different real estate markets across the globe.
The role requires someone who can take ownership of issues, understand priorities and the client's business, whilst forming a relationship with the client through regular meetings in person where possible to understand and support their growth in the industry with our software in place. It is not just a firefighting issue resolution role.
Experience working with property management systems including Yardi, MRI, Tramps, and Yavica would be highly advantageous. You will be required to be on site 2-3 days per week for training in Milton Keynes and then will be 1 day in MK and then remote or London for the rest of the week. Candidates need the right to work in the UK as the client does not offer sponsorship.
