Our leading software solutions business within the real estate sector is looking for a Technical Systems Implementation Specialist/Account Manager. The role requires someone who can take ownership of issues, understand priorities and the client's business, whilst forming a relationship with the client through regular meetings in person where possible to understand and support their growth in the industry with our software in place. It is not just a firefighting issue resolution role.

If you have any experience of property management systems including Yardi, MRI Qube, Horizon, TRAMPS, this would be a huge advantage. Your ability to combine technical expertise with a customer-centric approach will be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships and driving their success with solutions.

You will be required to be on site 1-2 days per week in Milton Keynes (more for initial training period) and work remotely for the rest of the week. Strong communication skills are key and you need the right to work in the UK as the client does not offer sponsorship.
