Manager Enterprise Application

They\’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enterprise Application Manager to join its Digital Innovation and Technology team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting and managing a wide range of software, particularly Finance and ERP solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strong stakeholder communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.

As the Enterprise Application Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance team during the implementation of Oracle NetSuite, working closely with integration partners and internal stakeholders to meet business needs and provide training and guidance as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management, maintenance, and development of enterprise applications, including but not limited to Oracle NetSuite, BlueBox, SAP Concur, and Moorepay HR.
• Ensure seamless communication between enterprise applications to streamline processes and improve data flow across departments.
• Work with stakeholders to leverage platform features for better decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute strategic application roadmaps aligned with vendor updates and lead major product upgrade projects.
• Act as a liaison between business units, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Support digital transformation efforts by maintaining and developing system integrations.
• Ensure data integrity and security across all enterprise applications.
• Provide training and user support to enhance system utilization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure enterprise applications remain effective and relevant.

Personal Attributes & Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in enterprise application management.
• Background in account/finance.
• Strong understanding of SaaS applications within Finance and HR, particularly Oracle NetSuite.
• Familiarity with industry-specific applications such as BlueBox (Tramps), MRI, and Yardi is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to data accuracy and security best practices.
