Our London based real estate client is looking for a Tramps System Administration and maintenance of Tramps and Proactis P2P. This is a hybrid role where you will be required to be on site 2/3 days per week.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Lease Factory – Management of data flow and uploading new lease data from Lease Factory to Tramps.
- Reporting and escalation of items in query or delay.
- Management and entry of lease event data in Tramps, rent reviews, expires etc.
- Maintaining supporting documentation in agreed folder structure.
- Reporting and oversight of lease charges on hold.
- Working with Credit Control/Treasury teams regarding tenant demand issues and documentation.
- Testing of processes and functionality for systems upgrades.
- Onboarding/Data Migration – assisting with bulk creation of new clients, properties, units, leases.
- System Administration of P2P to include new user creation and deactivation, resolving issues with PO and invoice queries, logging issues with Proactis helpdesk.
- Assistance with maintaining AP invoice register to include reporting of paid transactions and copy supplier invoices.
- Assistance with collation of data and reporting for metrics pack.
- Check and upload of utility invoice data to P2P to include budget code updates.
- Update of daily invoice payment files and management of master sheet for AP.
