Our leading real estate client is seeking a talented BI Analyst on a permanent basis to work on a new property management system platform. This is London based and will be hybrid working on site 3 days per week. In this position, you will work with financial and operational data sets to deliver meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
  • Write, optimise, and maintain complex SQL queries
  • Work with and manage data within Snowflake
  • Analyse financial and operational performance data to identify trends and opportunities
