My leading London based real estate client is looking for a Third Line Support Analyst that will provide advanced technical support across the organisation’s systems and applications, acting as an escalation point for complex issues that cannot be resolved by first or second line support. The successful candidate will work within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) solving issues and play an active role in system testing, documentation, and continuous improvement.
Ideally you will have experience working within a real estate company providing support on property management systems including Yardi/MRI/Tramps and act as the final escalation point for complex technical incidents and service requests.
This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be on site in central London 3 days per week. In addition to base salary a healthy bonus will also be offered on top.
