Lettings Manager - Hampstead (NW London)

Our leading estate agency firm is looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to lead our Hampstead team. This is a hands-on role focused on winning instructions, growing our portfolio and driving the performance of our negotiators.

This role offers an OTE of £115,000 - £125,000pa with exisiting stock plus more if you bring on any further instructions. The agency is growing rapidly and is now the third largest in the hampstead area.

The role

• Value and list rental properties across Hampstead and surrounding areas.
• Source and win new lettings instructions.
• Re-engage and convert opportunities from our extensive existing client database.
• Build lasting relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants.
• Lead, mentor and manage the lettings negotiators.
• Oversee deals from instruction through to completion.
• Ensure exceptional client service and help drive the continued growth of the department.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience winning lettings instructions.
• Strong valuation and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing and motivating a team.
• A proactive approach to generating business rather than waiting for leads.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Local knowledge of Hampstead and North West London is an advantage.
