We’re partnering with a national property services organisation to hire a Business Development Manager for a technology platform combining data insights and advisory services to optimise space utilisation and unlock additional value from property assets. This is a commercially focused role with ownership of the full business development lifecycle, from identifying opportunities through to shaping solutions and driving client adoption.
You will work closely with property owners and stakeholders to understand how their space is currently used, identify opportunities for improvement, and position a solution that delivers both operational and commercial value.
