Our leading real estate client is looking for an interim Project Coordinator for an initial 6 month period who has been involved in a Dynamics 365 CRM implementation. This will be a hybrid position based in London. The purpose of this role is to provide dedicated coordination and delivery support to the IT Project Manager for the CRM (Dynamics) Migration Project and related technology initiatives. The Project Coordinator will be instrumental in maintaining project organisation, ensuring clear and timely communication, accurate documentation, and seamless operational delivery across teams and stakeholders. By managing day-to-day project logistics, progress tracking, and administrative oversight, this role enables the Project Manager to focus on strategic leadership, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement supporting the overall success of the project and its outcomes.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Support the preparation and maintenance of project artefacts, including timelines, reports, action logs, and RAID logs.
- Coordinate day-to-day project operations, ensuring effective alignment between internal teams and external partners.
- Help manage project logistics such as scheduling workshops, meetings, testing sessions, and training events.
