Our client is seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to lead and execute high-value real estate transactions across the UK and Europe. This is a key role within a dynamic, market-leading team focused on value-add and income-generating commercial assets across office, retail and mixed-use sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full transaction lifecycle from sourcing to closing
- Originating investment opportunities through a strong market network
- Conducting detailed financial analysis, feasibility studies, and business planning
- Overseeing due diligence across legal, technical, and asset management functions
- Negotiating deal terms and presenting to senior leadership and investment committees
- Supporting junior team members while driving strategy and execution
We are looking for someone with:
- A degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field
