WSR are recruiting for an Admin Assistant for our esteemed client in Holsworthy.
Role Type: Temporary - minimum 4 weeks

Pay Rate: £14 to £15.30 p/h
Admin Assistant Role Overview:
Are you detail-oriented and love keeping things organised? We’re looking for a motivated Accounts Admin Assistant to support our busy office in Holsworthy. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a friendly, fast-paced environment.
Admin Assistant Responsibilities:
- Entering invoices and managing records in our systems
- Assisting with payment runs and keeping suppliers in the loop
- Creating customer invoices and handling account queries
- Supporting the team with admin tasks and keeping everything running smoothly
- Helping improve how we do things and suggesting smarter ways to work
Admin Assistant Skills, Qualifications and Attributes:
- Confident with data entry and office systems (SAGE experience is a bonus!)
- Comfortable learning new tools and tasks (we provide training!)
- A great team player with strong communication skills
- Good attention to detail and able to prioritise tasks
