What Is PMCM?
Project, Commercial & Programme Management (PMCM) ensures successful project delivery through integrated management of scope, cost, schedule, and risk. Our team supports clients from concept to completion across highways, rail, urban infrastructure, energy, water, and more.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and drive project delivery from concept to completion.
- Engage stakeholders, communicate progress, and negotiate contracts.
- Manage scope, cost, schedule, risk, and change, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
- Support NEC ECC contract execution and commercial management.
- Maintain health and safety, quality, and environmental standards on projects.
Qualifications
- Recognised qualifications (PMP, APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent) and experience managing diverse infrastructure projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Commercial acumen and experience in NEC4/ECC contract management.
- Proficiency in risk, change, and commercial management.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in dynamic environments.
- Experience across highways, rail, urban infrastructure, energy, flood, water, wind, and defence.
- Path to chartership or current membership of relevant professional institutions.
- Commitment to professional development, sustainability, and WSP initiatives.
