WSP is seeking a Senior Well-being and Psychosocial Risk lead to integrate organisational well-being across its major projects in the UK & Ireland. You'll be embedded with project teams, shaping day-to-day practices, culture and performance while partnering with Project Leadership, HSEQ, HR and the Global Engagement and Well-being team.

The role designs and embeds evidence-based interventions to mitigate psychosocial risks, drives adoption of global well-being initiatives.
