WSP UK is seeking a senior Facilities/CRE Manager to oversight the UK real estate portfolio, focusing on performance, compliance and value through strategic FM management. You will lead vendor relationships, drive cost controls and ensure robust reporting and governance across the estate.
Reporting to the Head of Workplace UK & Africa, you will shape the FM outsourcing strategy, manage the five-year capex plan, and partner with procurement and regional teams to deliver high-quality services.
