A pivotal role in Sustainability Advisory (SA), responsible for planning and delivering structured client engagement activities that strengthen WSP's market presence and support business growth by engaging and retaining WSP's existing corporate client base and reaching new clients across SA's core target markets. The role focuses on understanding customer needs and drivers, shaping compelling content, and delivering impactful engagement activities.
Work with Sustainability Advisory's Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and technical and sales teams to inform SA's corporate client go-to-market approach, including positioning, target audiences, and value propositions. Steer the creation of compelling content (e.g., thought leadership, case studies, LinkedIn content, roundtable events) to raise brand awareness across WSP's existing corporate client base and new audiences. Work with SA SLT, and technical and sales teams to design and develop differentiated, value focused, high impact messaging and initiatives.
Use market research and team insight to understand and leverage client and emerging industry trends, market drivers and competitor activity to inform WSP's corporate client engagement strategy and approach. Plan and co-ordinate sustained and regular engagement with SA's client base, e.g. newsletters, email content for sales leads to keep clients, and prospective clients, engaged and informed about emerging regulatory, policy and reporting requirements. Interface with and work collaboratively with WSP's marketing team to increase awareness and visibility of SA's products and services. Drive participation in industry events, panels, and speaking opportunities.
