Key Responsibilities
- Delivery of project management services and bringing exemplar market leadership and knowledge to lead the delivery of projects on time, to the quality required, and within the allocated budget, including primary client interface.
- Manage project budgets and finances, including invoicing, cash collection and forecasting on our Oracle ERP system.
- Ensure the delivery of client outcomes, whilst meeting utilisation targets, including corrective action and regularly reviewing performance and outputs in conjunction with the Project Director.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships and communication with clients, stakeholders, colleagues, project teams, and internal staff at all levels.
- Deliver reports, presentations, project documentation and project management documentation including project status reports, quality management plans and other financial control documents.
- Direct the development and deployment of appropriate project control and management methodologies to support both proposals and project delivery.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree, or relevant experience.
- Awareness of Project Management methodologies and relevant experience at various stages of the project lifecycle, to achieve successful delivery.
- Relevant Project Management qualification (for example APMQ, PRINCE2 Practitioner or ITIL Foundation).
- Experience managing finances, especially on Oracle or similar ERP systems.
- Ability to lead and mentor other project team members.
- Able to multi-task and meet various project deadlines.
