Do you enjoy bringing innovative ideas to life through rapid prototyping and collaborative problem‑solving? This is your chance to join a growing Digital Advisory team at WSP where you’ll help shape the future of digital consultancy across infrastructure, public services, and the built environment.

Role responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the roadmap for WSP’s Digital Advisory products, including existing products and Power Platform–based solutions.
  • Bridge business and technology to ensure product features align with client needs, strategic goals, and delivery excellence.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritise enhancements, and coordinate with global teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions with measurable client impact.
  • Work across sectors including transport, energy, water, local government and healthcare to design and deliver data‑enabled, user‑centred services.
  • Collaborate with mentors, training opportunities, and professional certification paths to support your growth.

What we will be looking for you to demonstrate…

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a technology or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) and data integration concepts.
  • Solid working knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, data validation).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and balance client, technical, and business needs.
