Your Role

Do you enjoy bringing innovative ideas to life through rapid prototyping and collaborative problem-solving? This is your chance to join a growing and supportive Digital Advisory team at WSP where you’ll help shape the future of digital consultancy across infrastructure, public services, and the built environment.

As the Product Owner you will be responsible for defining and delivering the roadmap for WSP’s Digital Advisory products, including Existing Products and Power Platform-based solutions. The role will bridge business and technology, ensuring that product features align with client needs, strategic goals, and delivery excellence. The Product Owner will manage the product backlog, prioritise enhancements, and coordinate with global teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that create measurable impact for our clients.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across sectors including transport, energy, water, local government and healthcare, supporting the design and delivery of data-enabled, user-centred services. This role has come about due to continued growth in our digital offering, providing you with strong development prospects and the ability to make a tangible impact from day one.

What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a technology or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) and data integration concepts.
  • Solid working knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, data validation).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and balance client, technical, and business needs.
