A Little More About Your Role…
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part II Architectural Assistant to become an integral part of our expanding Architectural team at ESA Architecture.
You will be a talented Part II Architectural Assistant who will bring energy and enthusiasm to our studio, supporting our work at all stages of the design process ensuring that we always deliver service excellence to our clients.
Responsibilities
- You will work as part of an architectural team to successfully complete tasks/projects demonstrating strong design sensitivity and awareness for high quality graphics.
- Your duties may include the development and implementation of project design concepts, project modelling, developing sketches, conducting research and data collection, preparing presentations and reports.
- You will work across multiple projects, in innovative ways that may explore methods of achieving design solutions, completing tasks within established deadlines and budgets, and effectively utilizing resources to address project requirements.
- You will interact with clients and internal and external consultants, participating on project development, and presents ideas clearly and persuasively.
- You will prepare, manage, and modify architectural documents, plans, elevations, sections, and details, as directed by others in the project team, following standards.
- Incorporates Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects, always considering the impact our projects have on the wider world.
What we will be looking for you to demonstrate…
- Part I and II from a school of Architecture.
- Show knowledge and experience of one or more industry sectors.
- Fluent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Revit & AutoCAD capability.
- Have an ability to communicate design and technical detail graphically and effectively to both colleagues and client teams.
- Must be able to obtain UK vetting level of Security Check (SC).
