The Engineer – Fire Engineering role offers an opportunity to work across diverse projects, from academic institutions in Scotland to high‑rise residential towers in London, enabling innovative architectural design while ensuring optimal fire safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run through design information and liaise with internal WSP disciplines such as Facades, Acoustics, and Structures.
  • Present designs to local authorities and the Fire Service, and advise the design team on safety improvements.
  • Develop proficiency in fire engineering software, standards, and client briefings, while contributing to team collaboration and social events.
  • Assist with professional registration via IFE and other professional organisations.

Qualifications

The role can be based from any of our UK major offices.
