Join WSP as a Senior Project Manager in our Civil team. You will manage complex projects or multiple concurrent projects, ensuring successful delivery in line with client and WSP expectations while proactively driving health, safety, quality, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects with significant scope, risk, and stakeholder interfaces.
- Shape delivery strategies, challenge technical assumptions, and validate scopes and sequencing.
- Drive effective risk and issue management, embedding mitigations into cost and programme decisions.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to optimise commercial outcomes.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, resolving conflicts and mentoring junior staff.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to governance frameworks.
Qualifications & Experience
- ChPP qualification or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in managing complex projects, ideally within structures, civil, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to manage project finances and resource allocation.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain senior-level client relationships.
- Experience leading teams, promoting positive HS&W behaviours, and aligning delivery with strategic objectives.
