We are looking for a Bridge Inspector at an Engineer or Senior Engineer grade to join our Bridges team in WSP Basingstoke office and lead bridge inspections for our local clients.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver principal, general and inspections for assessment of bridges and a variety of other structures across the region.
  • Provide technical input to projects, project briefs and proposals while demonstrating compliance with Health, Safety, Welfare and CDM responsibilities.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, delivering a work bank of inspections and reviewing inspection reports.
  • Some inspection work will take place overnight and at weekends; overtime is paid.
  • Take responsibility for own personal development and developing others.
