WSP is seeking a Principal Engineer for the Liveable Places team to lead pre-design development and detailed design for highways, urban realm and public realm schemes from Reading. The role is hybrid, split between in-office and home working, with a focus on safety, sustainability and inclusive design.
You will act as technical lead, balance project management with design leadership, and mentor junior staff while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver high-quality schemes.
