WSP in the UK is seeking an Associate Director to lead our urban drainage modelling capability within the water team. You will guide a growing discipline, shape technical delivery, and influence project outcomes for clients such as Severn Trent and Scottish Water Horizons.
You will manage the delivery team, provide independent engineering judgement, build strong client relationships, contribute to business development, and represent WSP at industry forums while sharing knowledge across the wider team.
