WSP partners with NHS organisations, research institutions, universities and life sciences developers to deliver projects that improve patient outcomes and support scientific discovery.
With an established client base and a strong pipeline of opportunities, we are seeking a commercially minded leader to strengthen our presence and expand our Health & Life Sciences Cost Management business across London, the South East and Cambridge.
You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth across the sector, developing strategic client relationships, winning new work and shaping the future direction of our Cost Management offering.
This is an opportunity to build on an established market position, grow a high‑performing team and contribute to the long‑term success of the business.
We're seeking a proven work‑winner with Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or Commercial Management experience, together with the market presence, sector knowledge and leadership capability to help drive our next phase of growth in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded leader with established client relationships and a strong track‑record of winning and delivering complex healthcare, biotech and life sciences programmes.

- Experience leading major commissions and multidisciplinary teams, driving both successful project outcomes and business growth.

- Significant experience in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management across complex capital projects.
