A little more about your role… We are looking to recruit an Administrator into our Service Charge and Insurance Audit team. The role is based in WSP's central Cheltenham office, with hybrid working allowing for a mix of in-office and home working.

The Service Charge and Insurance Audit team are a well-respected team of qualified surveyors, accountants and administrators based in central Cheltenham. The team works with occupier clients such as Next, Amazon, Waterstones, and Sainsburys to audit their property insurance and service charge costs to ensure value for money.

As an Administrator within the team, your role will involve supporting the team managers in delivering our services to clients and ensuring timely and accurate management of data and documents through well-established systems and processes. The team has a track record of personal development and in supporting team members to achieve professional qualifications to support career progression.

This is a varied role, with responsibilities including:

  • Monitor inboxes and calls dealing with queries from Landlords, Managing Agents and Clients, and allocate tasks to case workers via databases as required
  • Process service charge and insurance invoices for various clients
  • Issue weekly payment runs to clients
  • Regular chasing of documents and queries
  • Maintenance of data on systems including data library
  • Produce reports on a weekly and monthly basis for clients
  • Provide additional support to Service Charge and Insurance Team as required

We'd love to hear from you if you have...

  • Proficiency in the use of desktop software and Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, Teams and Word
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time, work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks
  • A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Experience of using databases and Microsoft Excel features including pivot tables and advanced formula (desirable)
  • Previous insurance and/or service charge experience would be advantageous but not required as full training will be provided
