A little more about your role: The team is composed of Accountants and Surveyors – nine people – serving notable brands such as Next, Sainsbury's, EE, Amazon and Waterstones.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring personalised mailboxes, allocating actions via databases, collecting documents, and answering queries from clients, landlords and managing agents.
- Meeting mandatory KPIs and reporting obligations, including mandatory weekly and monthly reports, and voluntary ad‑hoc reports.
- Analysing documents and identifying cost issues to optimise profitability for retailers.
