A little more about your role…
As an Senior or Associate Project Manager in the Structures team, you will oversee complex projects or programmes of significant scale, providing strategic leadership, aligning delivery with organisational and client objectives, and ensuring high standards of performance across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct delivery of complex projects and programmes, setting short- and medium-term strategic direction.
- Align technical and delivery strategies across teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes.
- Provide governance oversight, shaping risk, schedule, cost, and quality frameworks.
- Lead strategic stakeholder engagement, negotiating terms, and managing high-level communications.
- Drive innovation, sustainability, and efficiency initiatives across projects.
- Mentor senior project managers, supporting talent development and succession planning.

You will be part of our wider Civils team, made up of over 800 professionals across the UK and sit within our Transport & Infrastructure business unit.

- Ch PP or equivalent chartered status; MSP or Mo P qualifications desirable.
