The Rail business development and proposals team leads and manages the work winning activities across the Rail business for the UK, as well as supporting colleagues across the globe. Core activities include leading and managing pursuits and proposals from capture to contract award; marketing, communications and brand management; knowledge management; and supporting the client account management programme. Aligned with the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP), we champion best practice across WSP. We support business improvement initiatives and implementation of new systems and processes to advance our way of working.

Working alongside technical and project delivery colleagues, we position WSP at the forefront of our sector to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Our multidisciplinary team includes coordinators, managers and writers who play a key part in securing WSP’s role in transformational infrastructure projects. As our Rail portfolio grows and we strengthen our team, we’re looking for candidates with excellent attention to detail, communication, organisational and collaboration skills looking to progress into proposals coordinator or manager roles.
