Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Facilitating the development of strategies and change plans.
- Supporting development of business cases and regulatory investment plans.
- Supporting the design of operating models and organisational structures.
- Developing and implementing delivery models for complex programmes.
- Assisting with business process development.
- Planning and delivering change initiatives.
- Driving communication and engagement efforts.

What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate…
- Proven experience in delivering change management activities as part of larger transformation programmes.
- Hands-on experience supporting advisory commissions, with a focus on organisational design, change management, asset investment planning, or complex programme design and delivery.
- A passion for contributing to transformation projects across our key sectors such as infrastructure, utilities, defence, energy, or transportation.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- A keen interest in supporting business development activities and expanding your expertise in this area.
- Relevant qualifications in Management Consulting, Change Management, Asset Management or Programme Management, with a practical interest in problem-solving and change methodologies.
