  • Access to the latest BIM Software and Integration Platforms.
  • Deliver 3D modelling expertise to a variety of multidisciplinary projects in the Architectural discipline.
  • Actively support the BIM Manager with the development of skills and capabilities of the design teams to assist project delivery within a BIM compliant project environment, relevant to project team needs.
  • Interfacing with multi-disciplinary project teams and supporting BIM & Digital Delivery benefits at project level.

What we will be looking for you to demonstrate…

  • BIM (Building Information Modelling) & Computer Aided Design (CAD) experience working in both 2D and 3D.
  • Experience using software such as Revit, Navisworks & BIM360/ACC, to a minimum of RIBA Stage 4.
  • Understanding of COBie data formats and classification systems such as Uniclass.
  • Able to manage data in a secure and controlled manner.
  • Demonstrable experience of operating in a BIM compliant environment.
  • Ability to manage own workload & work as part of a team.
  • A clear understanding of Building Information Modelling and the benefits it brings to the construction Industry.
  • A multidisciplinary approach to coordination, independent of background.
  • Have an awareness of industry standards such as ISO:19650.
  • Must be able to obtain UK vetting level of Security Check (SC).
