We are looking for graduates for our Advisory teams with a flexible approach and a desire to learn in a leading Engineering and Professional Advisory services consultancy. You will work in a collaborative environment for a diverse range of clients and projects.

Your role

As a Graduate in one of our Advisory teams you will deliver innovative advice that is actionable and scalable to respond to opportunities and challenges of tomorrow and today. You will work on a range of projects with a focus on advisory services for infrastructure, economic development, transformation, and digital initiatives.

Advisory teams and focus areas

Infrastructure & Economic Advisory
Advice to Clients across sectors, often on first-of-a-kind projects and multidisciplinary infrastructure and economic development. Our aim is to be the go-to firm for clients investing in and delivering complex infrastructure and assets. Our services include:

  • Economic analysis and evaluation, economic development strategy, economic impact assessment, industry and innovation strategies.
  • Commercial, Technical and ESG due diligence for Investors and Lenders.
  • Strategic advice to Government, advice to Lenders on complex infrastructure, and procurement/delivery models.
  • Commercial/Trade forecasting, cost modelling and economic analysis.

Day-to-day activities may include supporting industry leaders, data gathering and analysis, client/site visits in the UK and Europe, and collaborating with economics specialists on various assignments.

Transformation & Digital Insights
Working with clients to understand needs and design tailored solutions across government, defence, pharmaceuticals, energy and more. You will participate in interviews and workshops, with opportunities to restructure councils or support global businesses through digital transformation.

  • Preparing presentations, workshop materials, and reports

  • Assisting with project management, risk registers and timelines

  • Supporting bids and proposals

Digital Advisory
The role focuses on digital transformation, data-driven decision making, and delivering innovative solutions with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include designing digital strategies, analyzing data, and creating dashboards and tools.

GL Hearn
Valuation-focused programme offering path to Chartered Surveyor status via the APC, with rotations in Business Rates and Valuation teams. Activities include market value evidence gathering, communication with the Valuation Office, lease reviews, financial appraisals, and multi-disciplinary town centre projects.

Graduate Development Programme
