A little more about the role…
We are recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner on a Fixed Term Contract of c 9 months to provide HR support on an integration project, ensuring the seamless integration of an acquired business into WSP.
Working as part of a dedicated integration Project Management Office, your key Responsibilities will include:

Undertaking detailed due diligence on the full range of HR issues

Managing and advising on the TUPE consultation and integration of the incoming business

Supporting on actions around implementation of the business model and any structural changes linked to efficiency savings

Ensuring robust communications across both businesses, considering the needs and sensitivities of all stakeholder groups
What we will be looking for you to demonstrate…

Previous experience of managing the HR aspects of a merger or acquisition

Experience of managing a medium to large scale TUPE consultation process with a thorough understanding of the TUPE regulations

Experience in supporting change programmes including embedding a change in culture, emphasis and behaviour

Strong communication and relationship management skills, proven experience in building rapport, gaining credibility and building trust with all stakeholders

Able to respond to changing priorities and work at pace to meet the requirements of the integration team

Proven track record in HR delivery, both operationally and strategically; competent in the core technical functions of recruitment, employee relations, management information, compensation and benefits, HR administration and project management.

Strong commercial acumen, interested and experienced in business, commercial and operational issues, their interdependencies and the impact of these on the people agenda
