We're seeking a Regional Lead to provide strategic leadership across our growing ecology and environmental teams in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. This is a high-profile leadership role where you'll influence business growth, strengthen client relationships, develop talented teams and help deliver some of the region's most important environmental and infrastructure projects.
As Regional Lead, you'll be responsible for leading our multidisciplinary Nature Services teams across Ireland, ensuring outstanding project delivery, strong financial performance and an inclusive culture where people can do their best work. Working closely with the Service Line Director and senior leaders across the business, you'll help drive our regional growth strategy and strengthen our position as a trusted partner to clients tackling some of today's most complex environmental challenges.

You'll be an established leader within ecology, environmental consultancy or a related natural sciences discipline, with a proven ability to lead teams and deliver business success. You'll bring:
- Significant experience within ecology, environmental consultancy or a related field.
- A track record of leading, developing and motivating high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial and operational management experience.
- Experience managing project delivery, utilisation, budgets and financial performance.
- The ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients, regulators and stakeholders.
- Experience in business development, major bids and framework delivery.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Membership of a relevant professional body and an appropriate degree or postgraduate qualification.
