WSP is seeking an Associate/Associate Director – Systems to provide senior technical leadership across rail systems delivery in the UK. You will guide multidisciplinary teams and act as a trusted advisor to clients including Network Rail and HS2, coordinating design, integration, and delivery across complex programmes.

The role combines technical leadership with client engagement and delivery oversight, supporting growth of WSP’s rail business in the UK through capability development and bid.
