To meet our growing UK business needs and future development aspirations we are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our Lighting & Energy Solutions team.

A little more about your role… You will support the delivery of low voltage electrical design and consultancy services, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team on a variety of engineering projects across the UK. You will assist experienced engineers in developing high-quality, compliant designs and will have the opportunity to build your technical knowledge and project experience across a diverse range of sectors.

You can expect to work on a wide range of projects for major public and private sector clients, within a respected and ambitious company offering excellent career development opportunities. The type of work we undertake is extremely varied but includes:

  • Small and large-scale Electric Vehicle (EV) infrastructure feasibility studies, design, and technical assurance activities – from local authority (LEVI) schemes through to major multi-vector refuelling hubs integrating megawatt charging systems and low‑carbon fuels.
  • Specification and design of renewable energy generation and energy storage systems supporting decarbonisation and net zero objectives.
  • Design of urban realm and regeneration projects to create safe, attractive and functional public spaces.
  • Highway electrical design and technical assurance services for local authority and National Highways clients.
