WSP is seeking Human Factors consultants to join its Human Centered Design practice within Intelligent Infrastructure Operations and Safety. You’ll apply human factors, ergonomics and user research to ensure infrastructure projects meet users’ needs while prioritising safety and efficiency.
You’ll conduct qualitative and quantitative research, support proposals, work in multidisciplinary teams under tight deadlines, and contribute to training materials. Hybrid UK work is available.
