A Little More About Your Role… We are looking for talented Quantity Surveyors, Cost Managers and Commercial Managers to join our growing Civil Infrastructure and Utilities team in Manchester. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying (QS), Cost and Commercial Management services to a diverse client base. You will support projects ranging in size and complexity, providing expertise across estimating, cost planning, procurement, cost assurance, and post-contract financial and commercial management. Depending on your experience and seniority, you could be involved in: Delivering Quantity Surveying, Cost and Commercial Management services across a broad portfolio of projects. Leading project teams and providing commercial leadership. Mentoring and developing colleagues within the team. Supporting bids and proposals, helping to secure new opportunities. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Representing WSP at industry events and networking opportunities. Driving innovation and best practice across project delivery. You Will Be Part Of Our Project Management And Commercial Management (PMCM) Business, a Team Of Approximately 500 Professionals Across The UK Delivering Quantity Surveying, Cost and Commercial Management services Programme and Project Management Project Controls Our teams support both building and infrastructure projects for public and private sector clients.
