Overview
Senior Proposals Co-ordinator (Earth & Environment) responsible for coordinating opportunities through the WSP Work Winning Lifecycle (Capture to Handover). You will support Proposal Managers to develop high-quality tenders, collaborate with business leaders, technical specialists and proposal professionals, and contribute to the knowledge library and continuous improvement initiatives including AI integration.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate opportunities through the WSP Work Winning Lifecycle (Capture, Bid Prep, Qualification, RFP, Lessons learned, Handover).
- Follow WSP best practice and comply with internal governance requirements.
- Collaborate with technical leads and bid writers to develop high-scoring responses.
- Produce visually appealing responses in line with brand guidelines.
- Support project teams in preparing for interviews.
- Proactively contribute to the improvement of collateral within our knowledge library.
- Act as a hub of best practice and knowledge for proposals.
What we will be looking for you to demonstrate
- Qualified to degree level in an appropriate subject.
- APMP Foundation as a minimum.
- Knowledge of services/proposals within the Environmental and Earth Sciences discipline is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication with a collaborative approach.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise.
- Excellent command of English language for editing text and response writing.
- Robust project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Passion for quality and continuous improvement with a focus on delivery.
- Self-motivated, proactive with initiative and responsibility for actions.
- Ability to assimilate large volumes of information and manage related workflows.
- Interest in using new and evolving digital bidding techniques.
