Role Summary
Senior/Principal Consultant to join our Digital Advisory team at WSP, focusing on delivering complex business transformation programmes across infrastructure, public sector, energy, and transport sectors.
Responsibilities
- Operate as a trusted advisor to clients, leading the design and delivery of transformation initiatives that enable organisations to evolve, adapt, and realise strategic outcomes.
- Play a key role in shaping digital strategies, designing operating models, and ensuring the successful adoption of new ways of working, supported by digital and data‑enabled insights.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to large‑scale programmes across infrastructure, public sector, energy, and transport sectors.
- Bring experience in managing complexity, advising clients through digital transformation, and ensuring outcomes deliver sustainable, measurable impact.
- Report into senior leadership, take ownership of significant workstreams, manage junior team members, and contribute to both client delivery and the growth of WSP’s Transformation & Digital Insights capability.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience delivering business change and transformation initiatives within complex organisations.
- Experience owning and delivering workstreams independently within larger programmes.
- Strong experience in organisational design, operating model development, or change management.
- Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagement and influence senior decision‑makers.
- Experience managing or mentoring team members and contributing to high‑performing delivery teams.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to structure and solve complex challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience contributing to business development activities, including proposals and client engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for analysis, reporting, and client deliverables.
