This is an opportunity to join a growing team operating in the field of Digital Healthcare. We are ambitious and passionate about supporting our healthcare customers by maximising Digital to enable new ways of working and new models of care. We specialise in digital transformation for all healthcare environments and the development of innovative Digital plans for new hospital/healthcare facility build projects. These projects are truly opportunities to be part of positive change, maximizing emerging technologies that ultimately benefit people’s lives.
The role is all about collaboration – with client clinical and operational teams, patients, partner organisations, and specialist teams across WSP. Every project is unique and offers its own challenges.
We seek people who think differently, are curious, and are willing to break free from past constraints and push new limits. As a Senior Consultant, you will work on project-based work for healthcare clients, coaching, mentoring, and educating stakeholders. You will follow a 3-step process – understand the current state, define a future state, and plan the Digital interventions needed to achieve that state.
At its core, we plan and sometimes deliver Digital transformation activities. You will build lasting relationships with customers, embed yourself within client organisations as a trusted collaborator and advisor. Projects will be complex and multidisciplinary. You will identify business development opportunities, support thought leadership, and promote the team’s capabilities. Your ideas will be valued, and you will be supported to serve customers better and extend our capabilities.
What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate…
- An appropriate academic qualification that can be utilized in this role – in Digital, healthcare, the built environment, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrable experience in Healthcare, Digital or Built environment settings, and/or project delivery of a Digital or transformation nature.
- Analytical problem‑solving approach, familiarity with the technology deployment lifecycle, and data visualisation skills being desirable.
- Experience in project delivery including stakeholder engagement and strong strategic outputs.
- A consulting mindset that builds trust, follows robust project management processes, and delivers outcomes that exceed expectations.
- A self‑confident, enthusiastic, energetic outlook and motivation to learn.
- An inquisitive nature that faces problems from different angles and thinks differently.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- An ability to forge collaborative relationships, earn trust, and demonstrate empathy.
