  • Coordinate design, environmental, commercial, digital, and construction specialists to ensure seamless, integrated project delivery.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage project programmes, budgets, risk registers, and financial forecasts, ensuring projects remain on track and within approved parameters.
  • Lead commercial and financial planning activities, including cost control, early warnings, change management, and performance reporting.
  • Prepare, review, and manage all key project documentation in line with WSP governance and client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact.
  • Ensure full compliance with NEC4 contract management processes, including communication management, programme acceptance, and compensation event administration.
  • Provide leadership across internal and external stakeholder groups, supporting strategic decision-making and proactively resolving emerging issues.

  • Proven experience leading multi‑disciplinary infrastructure and/or public realm schemes, ideally within highways or transportation.
  • Strong understanding of commercial, financial, and contract management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Robust working knowledge of NEC4 contracts, with hands‑on experience delivering projects within an NEC environment.
  • Competent user of Microsoft 365 and MS Project; experience with Primavera P6 is desirable.
  • Confident in the use of a range of AI tools including MS Copilot.
