  • Use data, insight and market intelligence to advise hiring managers, challenge thinking where needed and improve how we attract talent over time.
  • Ensure recruitment activity is delivered efficiently using our recruitment system Oracle, with administration handled as part of a smooth, professional process rather than the focus of the role.

What We Would Be Looking For You To Demonstrate

  • Significant recruitment experience within Transport, Rail, Road, Water, Energy or Environmental sectors.
  • Experience working in‑house is preferred, though agency recruiters with relevant sector exposure and a consultative approach are very welcome.
