- Lead and manage offshore wind consultancy projects ensuring they meet technical, financial, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the offshore wind sector, contributing to the growth of the consultancy and engineering functions.
- Act as subject matter expert and technical lead for offshore wind projects, supporting design, feasibility analysis, site selection, and technical due diligence.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, project management, and environmental specialists.

What we will be looking for you to demonstrate:
- Experience in the renewable energy sector, with significant offshore wind project experience, preferably with an established consultancy.
- A track record of offering technical consultancy services in offshore wind, including feasibility analysis, site selection, supply chain studies, technology assessments, wind farm design, and due diligence.
- Knowledge of offshore wind industry standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Professional certifications relevant to the offshore wind industry.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Established network in the offshore wind industry.
- People management experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in budget management and reporting.
- Ability to travel, including possible international travel.
